Are you looking for a role that will mean you have regular contact with your customers, build up a great relationship with them, help them throughout the order process and be that central contact – both internally and externally?

Your customers will be based in France, so you will need to be mother-tongue standard, coupled with experience in an office based (preferably B2B) customer service role.  As the role is dependent on many time related factors, you will be someone who enjoys having changing deadlines and can see solutions.

What will the role and Sales & Logistics Coordinator (fluent in French) involve?

  • Accurate, swift customer order and credit processing onto the company system
  • Manage sales orders and customer enquiries to conclusion
  • Communicate and resolve customer complaints within set company timelines
  • Monitor and manage deliveries as well as backorders of dedicated account base
  • Liaise with, manage and nurture a successful relationship with internal and external customers
  • Learn and disseminate accurate information about the company and its products to support existing and potential clients
  • Maintain records and files of work conducted.

What are we looking for in candidates for the role as Sales & Logistics Coordinator?

  • Fluent in French (mother tongue standard)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Positive and pro-active attitude towards tasks
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems
  • Capable of successfully working within a team as well as on their own
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks and show initiative within company guidelines
  • Highly organised and strategic approach to tasks/projects given

Desirable skills/experience:

  • Proven experience in a B2B Customer Service environment
  • SAP/ERP Systems experience
  • Additional European Language skills would be beneficial but not essential.
