This role is working in a small team for a growing marketing/business development company that would suit someone with previous customer service experience, who is happy to be on the telephone talking to customers. You’ll be making outbound calls to customers who are expecting to hear from you, you’ll build rapport, clarify information and update the database as necessary. Full training will be given.
You’ll work in a bright open plan office for a supportive manager, as a part of a successful friendly team.
You’ll be expected to work 37.5 hours each week and within that you’ll work 2 later shifts each week (you can choose the days!)
You’ll also be expected to work one Saturday each month but you’ll get a day off in the week to compensate you for that.
In addition to your salary there is a competitive incentive scheme that will see you earning a minimum of £250 each month for achieving basic standards – but could see you earning so much more. High performers are earning £700 + each month!
Your salary will also be reviewed based on performance and you can expect increases as your skills increase.
The company are growing quickly and therefore there are some good career prospects!
We are looking for an outgoing personality who ideally has experience within customer or sales, gained in a telephone based role. However – we will also consider applicants that have a strong customer service background gained within other industries assuming they have a great telephone manner, outgoing personality, the drive to succeed and desire to learn!
